General provisions

Aprangazvejybai.lt Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Shop") Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") shall apply to the Client's order at Aprangazvejybai.lt Shop.
Aprangazvejybai.lt has the right to adjust the Shop Rules. The Rules applicable at the moment of placing the order (indicated on the order) shall be applied when the Customer purchases in the Shop.
The Customer is not given the opportunity to place an order for goods in Aprangazvejybai.lt Shop if he / she is not familiar with the Rules of the Shop. In all cases, the Customer is deemed to be familiar with the Rules and agrees to them if he / she confirms his / her acceptance of the Rules before ordering the Goods by ticking the box "I agree to the Rules for the Sale of Goods". In cases where the Customer does not fully or partially disagree with all or some of the Rules, he / she shall not submit the order electronically to Aprangazvejybai.lt, otherwise the Customer shall be deemed to have met and unconditionally agreed with all the Rules of the Store.
Aprangazvejybai.lt is exempted from any liability in cases where the loss arises from the fact that the Client, irrespective of his recommendations and obligations, has not become familiar with the Rules of the Shop, even though he has been given such a possibility.

When ordering goods, the Customer's personal data necessary for the delivery of the goods must be indicated: name; surname; the address at which the goods will be delivered; telephone number; others, data required for delivery. Aprangazvejybai.lt confirms that such data will be used exclusively for ordering and delivery purposes. Aprangazvejybai.lt undertakes not to disclose such information to third parties, with the exception of Aprangazvejybai.lt partners providing the delivery of goods or other services related to the submission or execution of the Customer's order. Any other exceptions to the disclosure of Customer's personal information to third parties shall always be agreed with the Customer. In all other cases, any personal data of the Customer may be disclosed to third parties only in the cases provided for in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
By signing up at Aprangazvejybai.lt Shop and ordering goods, the Customer undertakes to keep and disclose his / her login data. Together, the Customer confirms that he is an adult and has the right to order goods at Aprangazvejybai.lt Shop. In the event that the Customer discloses his / her login details, Aprangazvejybai.lt shall be released from any related liability.
When getting acquainted with the Rules, the Client confirms that he / she is informed that while browsing Aprangazvejybai.lt Shop, his / her computer will store cookie files (files sent from the web server).

Order placing conditions and terms

When a customer visits the Shop website, he / she chooses the goods he likes. On the basis of his choice, a basket of goods is formed.
When the shopping cart is formed, the Customer must enter the data necessary for delivery of the selected goods: his / her name, address, the address at which the goods will be delivered, telephone and additional information that may be relevant to the delivery of the ordered goods. Aprangazvejybai.lt confirms that the data provided by the Client will be used exclusively for the purposes of the sale and delivery of the goods, without prejudice to the requirements for the protection of personal data provided for in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
Further, the Customer shall choose one of the possible ways of settlement at Aprangazvejybai.lt Shop (for more details see Section IV of the Rules).
The last window generates all the data provided by the Client, before confirming which the Client must ensure that the data provided are correct and in accordance with his / her wishes. The customer has the opportunity to correct the erroneous data before sending the order to Aprangazvejybai.lt. The customer is also given the opportunity to adjust the personal data necessary for the delivery of the goods after placing the order. The Customer is not given the opportunity to confirm the order until he / she notes that he / she is familiar with the Rules of Aprangazvejybai.lt Shop. In case the Customer is not familiar with the Rules of the Shop before the selection of the Goods, he must do so before confirming his order and the data contained therein.
After the customer confirms the order, he is sent to Aprangazvejybai.lt. The order is considered to have been submitted from the moment it is received by Aprangazvejybai.lt. At the same time, a contract is concluded between the Client and Aprangazvejybai.lt. However, such an agreement shall be considered enforceable only from the moment Aprangazvejybai.lt receives confirmation from the Customer's chosen bank (when payment via Internet banking is chosen) for settlement of the delivered goods; when settled by bank transfer, the contract is considered enforceable when the Customer's payment is received; when payment is made by cash delivery or by card post - the contract is considered enforceable from the moment the customer confirms his order at Aprangazvejybai.lt Shop.
When the Customer submits the order, the Aprangazvejybai.lt system automatically sends an e-mail to the Customer specifying the ordered goods and the data provided by the Customer.
Upon receipt of a notice from the bank that the Customer has made a payment order for the goods to be purchased from the Shop, the Customer shall be sent a message to the specified e-mail address. The moment of receipt of the notice from the Bank shall be considered as the moment of commencement of the contract between the Client and Aprangazvejybai.lt.
The order submitted by the Client is stored in the Aprangazvejybai.lt database on the basis of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania on the retention period of such data.
In all cases, the Customer is deemed to be familiar with, and unconditionally agrees with, all of the Terms and Conditions of the Store upon submission of the order, as with all other terms and conditions specified on the order.
The contract is concluded and executed in the national language.


The attributes of each product are commonly referred to each item in the Store.
Aprangazvejybai.lt specifies, and the Customer confirms that he is familiar with the fact that the goods specified in the Store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used.
The Customer agrees that by submitting an order electronically in the Shop, he undertakes to pay for the goods in the order specified in the order.
Prices in the Store and order are indicated in the official state currency with VAT.
Aprangazvejybai.lt sells goods that meet the conditions of the order. In cases where the goods transferred to the Customer do not comply with certain order requirements, the Customer agrees to notify the Customer immediately by phone or e-mail. by undertaking Aprangazvejybai.lt, which undertakes to take all actions to remedy the existing defects, if such defects were caused by the fault of third parties acting on behalf of Aprangazvejybai.lt or on its behalf. Aprangazvejybai.lt through the reasonable term agreed with the Customer, without the defects being rectified, the Customer has the right to defend his / her rights in the manner prescribed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
Commitments to Goods by Aprangazvejybai.lt (a) In cases where a particular term of suitability for use is established for a particular item, Aprangazvejybai.lt undertakes to sell such goods to: (b) the Customer in such a way that he has real access to the goods before the expiration date. c) Aprangazvejybai.lt undertakes to deliver the goods of the appropriate quality and in accordance with the requirements of the order. d) Aprangazvejybai.lt undertakes to provide the Customer with the quantity of goods specified in the order. Aprangazvejybai.lt is not responsible for cases where the quantity of goods transferred is not accurate because the Customer has incorrectly indicated the data in the order provided in Aprangazvejybai.lt. e) Aprangazvejybai.lt shall always provide the Customer with a range of goods that meet the criteria set out in the Order. f) In cases where a certain set of items is provided in the order, Aprangazvejybai.lt undertakes to provide all items included in the set of items. (g) The goods shall be delivered packaged, depending on their nature, in order to be fit for purpose.

Payment arrangements and terms

The Customer pays for his ordered goods in one of the ways specified in Aprangazvejybai.lt Shop: by bank transfer.
If the Customer has chosen one of the online payment methods, he / she undertakes to pay for the ordered goods immediately.

Returning the goods

The Customer is given the opportunity to change the items transferred to him with other similar items, shapes, colors, models or sets of items or to return goods that are unattractive to him.
Such right may be exercised by the Client within 30 days from the moment the order is confirmed. This Customer's right is related to the fact that the Customer is not satisfied with the dimensions, shape, color, model or the complexity of the respective goods of the respective item.
Replacement and return of goods is only possible if the goods being replaced or returned meet the following requirements: (a) not used; (b) has not been damaged; (c) preservation of the consuming qualities of the goods; (d) has not lost its commercial appearance.
Pack changes that are necessary to inspect the product are not considered to be material damage or loss of commercial appearance. In all cases, the goods must be returned in the original packaging.
When returning the goods to the physical shops of Aprangazvejybai.lt (if there is Aprangazvejybai.lt physical store in the country), you must provide the Aprangazvejybai.lt purchase documents in all cases.
Currently, the exchange and return of items is regulated by the Retail Trade Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in 2014. July 22 by Decree no. 738. Paragraph 17 of these Rules contains a list of goods which may be changed or returned only with the consent of the seller, for example: (a) perfumery, cosmetic and toilet preparations; (b) baby clothing; (c) men's, boys ', women's or girls' underwear, nightdresses, pajamas and the like; (d) brassieres, corsets and similar articles; (e) printed books, reproductions and other articles of the printing industry; (f) tights, socks, socks and the like; (g) Toys, other than sports and fishing tackle, and other goods, as specified in paragraph 17 of the Retail Rules.
Replacement or return of the Goods shall be made upon the Customer's completion of the Return Form, which shall specify what is to be returned or changed and the reason for the return or replacement.
In cases where goods are replaced and there is a price difference during the exchange, when the new product is more expensive than the returned goods, the Customer must pay Aprangazvejybai.lt such price difference. In cases where the goods are changed and the price difference when the new product is cheaper than the returned item is created during such change, Aprangazvejybai.lt returns such price difference to the Client.
In cases where Aprangazvejybai.lt has no items suitable for replacement, the Customer shall be refunded the amount paid, including the price for delivery. Aprangazvejybai.lt is not obliged to return to the Client any additional costs incurred due to the fact that the consumer has clearly chosen another cheapest way of delivery than offered by Aprangazvejybai.lt.
The Goods may be changed or returned only if they comply with Section 3 of this Part of the Rules. requirements laid down in this Regulation. The amount paid is refunded no later than 14 days after signing the refund form.
In the event of a defect in the quality of the goods purchased by the buyer, the buyer's claims for quality defects may be made to the seller within the 1 month warranty period, ie. y, the buyer has the right to demand from the seller, within the 1 month warranty period: 1) to eliminate the defects free of charge (to repair the item); 2) to replace an item of inappropriate quality free of charge with a good quality item; 3) to reduce the price of the goods; or 4) to unilaterally terminate the contract and demand reimbursement of the price paid for the goods (Article 6.363 (7) of the Civil Code).

Delivery of goods

Aprangazvejybai.lt undertakes to deliver the goods to the Client no later than within 7 working days after the confirmation of the order execution is sent to the Client (in Lithuania). This term does not apply in cases where Aprangazvejybai.lt stock does not contain the required goods and the Customer is informed about the lack of goods ordered by him. At the same time, Customer agrees that in exceptional cases delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, Aprangazvejybai.lt undertakes to contact the Customer immediately and agree on the delivery of the goods.
The Customer must immediately notify Aprangazvejybai.lt by e-mail if the parcel is delivered in damaged, folded or otherwise damaged package; also in cases where the consignment does not contain the ordered goods or the quantity of such goods, the incomplete set of goods, goods of the wrong size, dimensions.
In cases where the Customer, upon acceptance of the goods, finds that the parcel does not have a suitable set of goods or the goods supplied are not of the appropriate size, color or other dimensions, the Customer must immediately inform Aprangazvejybai.lt.

Other provisions

All notifications by Aprangazvejybai.lt must be submitted by e-mail to the Customer Service Department (look for contacts in the "Contact" section of the Shop).
The Agreement between the Client and Aprangazvejybai.lt shall be concluded and executed in the official language.

Dispute resolutions and EGS platform

In order to submit a complaint, the Customer shall apply directly to Aprangazvejybai.lt through his / her account or by sending information by e-mail info@aprangazvejybai.lt.
